Robben Wright Fleming (December 18, 1916 – January 11, 2010), also known in his youth as Robben Wheeler Fleming, was an American lawyer, legal scholar, and academic administrator. Fleming was born in Paw Paw, Illinois, in 1916, he studied at Beloit College and later received his legal education at the University of Wisconsin Law School. During World War II, Fleming served as a U.S. Army lawyer specializing in labor negotiation and labor arbitration.
